CENTILIO RELATE / SELL · EMBER

The point is how few of these you need.

Most CRMs are an integration platform with a database attached, because the signature, the invoice and the files belong to somebody else. In Relate they are ours: Sign, Drive, Account and Bill share the record rather than sync to it. What is left is your mailbox, your calendar, a way in and a way out. Everything on this page is marked at launch or after launch.

Every connection, with its status

At launch, or after.

Demand moves the order. If a channel or a connector decides whether you could use Relate, tell us and it moves up — WhatsApp and IndiaMART are near the top of that list already.

Centilio Sign

at launch The quote is sent for signature there and the signature, certificate and signed PDF land on the record here.

Centilio Drive

at launch Every file about this customer, filed under them rather than copied into a CRM attachment.

Centilio Account

at launch Who may see which customers, who may edit, who may only read — roles set once.

Centilio Bill

at launch The signed quote drafts the invoice; sent, viewed, paid and overdue come back onto the record.

Centilio Pulse

after launch Campaigns and outreach; every reply becomes a conversation on the record here.

Centilio Care and Book

after launch Support threads and appointments on the customer record, so the person selling knows what happened.

Gmail

at launch Two-way, per person, with sharing decided per thread. Send from Relate and see it in your sent items.

Outlook and Microsoft 365

at launch The same, two-way, per person.

Google and Outlook calendars

at launch Meetings on the record without a second calendar to keep.

WhatsApp Business

after launch For most Indian businesses this is where the conversation actually happens. It matters enough to build properly rather than ship as a link.

Diallers and call logging

after launch Log a call in a line at launch; dialler integrations after.

CSV import with field mapping

at launch On every plan, including Free. Do fifty records, look at them, then do the rest.

Guided migration

at launch From HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or Salesforce exports, mapped and checked by a person, on Business.

Full export

at launch Every field, every note, every timeline entry, on every plan, any time.

IndiaMART and marketplaces

after launch Enquiries on a record with their source attached, rather than in a shared inbox.

API and webhooks

at launch Contacts, companies, deals and timeline entries, with webhooks for stage changes and won or lost.

Zapier, Make and the rest

after launch Through the API at launch; direct connectors after, in the order people ask.

Website forms

at launch An embed and an endpoint at launch; through Ask when it opens.

Quote to cash, without an integration

Four tools, one record.

The deal builds the quote. The quote goes to Sign, which is live today, and comes back signed with its certificate filed in Drive. The signed quote drafts the invoice in Bill with the same lines and terms, and sent, viewed, paid and overdue come back onto the customer record where the next conversation is decided.

Nothing in that chain is a connector you configure or a sync that breaks at 2am. Sign, Drive and Account are live now; Bill and Relate are both wave 2, so the chain is whole at launch.

Questions

About connecting things.

What is connected at launch?

The Centilio tools, because they share one record rather than an integration: Sign for signature, Bill for the invoice, Drive for the files, Account for the roles. Outside that: Gmail and Outlook two-way, a calendar, an import, an API.

Will it connect to my mailbox properly?

Two-way with Gmail and Outlook, per person, at launch — send from Relate and see it in your sent items, reply from your mail client and see it on the record.

What about WhatsApp?

After launch, and honestly so. For a great many Indian businesses WhatsApp is where the conversation actually happens, and a CRM that cannot see it is guessing. It matters enough that we would rather build it properly than ship a link.

What about IndiaMART and marketplaces?

After launch. Enquiries arrive there constantly for Indian manufacturers and traders, and they belong on a record with their source attached rather than in a shared inbox.

Is there an API?

On Business, at launch, for contacts, companies, deals and timeline entries, with webhooks for stage changes and won or lost.

Zapier, Make and the rest?

Through the API at launch; direct connectors after, in the order people ask for them.
