CENTILIO RELATE / SELL · EMBER

Per selling seat. Everyone who only looks is free.

Historical September 2026 source comparison, not a current quote. Relate is priced per seat, because what a CRM costs to run really does scale with the people selling in it, and we would rather say that than invent a contact cap. What we will not charge for is the people who only look: $19 a month on Pro, $39 on Business, free for two — with unlimited read-only seats on every plan, as proposed, and no onboarding fee at any tier, ever . Proposed US-dollar pricing; annual rates are proposed monthly equivalents billed for 12 months. These prices are proposed — Relate is not built and nothing is being charged.

Questions

About the price.

Why per seat, when Bill is per business?

Because it is honest. What a CRM costs to run really does scale with the number of people selling in it, and pretending otherwise would mean either a contact cap that traps you or one price that punishes a two-person business. What we can do instead is stop charging for the people who only look.

What is a read-only seat, exactly?

A person with their own login who can see the customers and deals their role allows and change nothing. The owner, the accountant, the delivery lead, the person who answers the phone. Unlimited, free, on every plan including Free, as proposed.

How does that compare with the others?

A six-person sales team on HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is $90 a seat — $540 a month — plus a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee. The same team on Relate Business is $39 a seat, $234 a month, nothing one-time, and the owner and accountant read free.

Where are you more expensive?

Freshsales Growth is $9 a seat and Zoho CRM Standard is $14, both below Pro at $19. Zoho's free tier is three users to our two. If the cheapest seat is what decides it, those are the honest answers.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No, and there never will be. Two of the five CRMs on our comparison pages charge one; HubSpot's is $1,500 on Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, before anybody logs in.

Which currency am I billed in?

These are separate USD and INR pricing proposals. Nothing is billed while Relate is unbuilt; confirm currency, taxes and billing terms at launch.

Are these prices final?

They are proposed. Relate is not built, so nothing is being charged and nothing is being promised at a price we have not tested. If they move before launch, this page will say what changed and when.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take all of it. Every field, every note, every timeline entry, on every plan including Free, with no notice period and no phone call. A CRM that makes leaving hard is telling you what it thinks of its own product.

Will Relate be in Centilio One?

Yes — Relate is the anchor of Centilio One, and the intention is that One includes Relate Business.
