CENTILIO RELATE / SELL · EMBER

Looking for a Zoho CRM alternative? This is the hardest comparison on the site.

Historical September 2026 source comparison, not a current quote. Zoho CRM is mature, deep, cheap and free for three users: $14, $23 and $40 a user a month on Standard, Professional and Enterprise. It is the most direct answer to the same question Relate asks, and pretending otherwise would be silly. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself because the signature and the invoice are the same company; theirs is twenty years of features and an ecosystem we cannot match. Both of those are honest arguments and you may well pick theirs.

Choose Zoho CRM if

You want depth, maturity and a low price today, you are happy inside a large suite, and you need WhatsApp, IndiaMART and Indian tax handled now rather than after a launch. This is a good decision and we would make it too, in your position, this year.

Choose Centilio Relate if

You want fewer tools that go deeper, you value a record that fills itself over a feature list, you have people who only need to look, and you can wait for wave 2.

  1. Export everything first. Contacts, companies, deals, notes and activity from Zoho CRM. If any of the five is hard to get out, that is worth knowing before you decide anything.
  2. Bring every person, and the open deals. Contacts and companies in full; open deals with their history. Closed deals older than two years can stay in the export — you need them findable, not live.
  3. Map the fields with a person. Fifty records first, looked at properly, then the rest. Field mapping is where migrations quietly break, which is why guided migration is checked by a human on Business.
  4. Run both for a fortnight, then stop. Two weeks catches what the export missed. Longer and people use whichever they prefer, and you have two half-truths instead of one record.
Questions

About switching.

Is Centilio Relate a HubSpot alternative?

For a small business that wants a CRM, yes, at a fraction of the price and with no onboarding fee. For marketing automation at scale, no — HubSpot's marketing side is genuinely strong and Pulse is a separate tool that is also not built yet.

Is it a Salesforce alternative?

For businesses of two to two hundred, yes. For an enterprise sales operation with a RevOps team, territory rules, CPQ and a custom object model, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a year of disappointment.

Is it a Pipedrive alternative?

Yes, and Pipedrive is good — Lite at $14 does one job cleanly. The difference is what surrounds the deal: the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, so they arrive on the record without an integration.

Is it a Zoho CRM alternative?

It is aimed at the same business, and Zoho is mature, deep and cheap, with a free tier of three users. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself; theirs is twenty years of features and an enormous ecosystem. Both are honest arguments.
