Choose Salesforce if
You have a RevOps function or an implementation partner, a sales process complex enough to need custom objects, territories or CPQ, and a compliance or scale requirement that a smaller vendor cannot meet.
Historical September 2026 source comparison, not a current quote. Salesforce bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here and ours are in rupees. Sales Cloud runs from Starter Suite at $25 a user to Max at $550, and it is the most configurable CRM in the world. That configurability is the point and also the cost: it usually arrives with a partner, a project and somebody whose job is Salesforce. For a business of two to two hundred without that, it is a large answer to a smaller question. Centilio Relate is that smaller question answered — and if you genuinely need custom objects, territory rules and CPQ, buy Salesforce.

You are between two and two hundred people, nobody's job title contains the word "admin", and you would rather have five reports that get read than a report builder nobody opens.
For a small business that wants a CRM, yes, at a fraction of the price and with no onboarding fee. For marketing automation at scale, no — HubSpot's marketing side is genuinely strong and Pulse is a separate tool that is also not built yet.
For businesses of two to two hundred, yes. For an enterprise sales operation with a RevOps team, territory rules, CPQ and a custom object model, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a year of disappointment.
Yes, and Pipedrive is good — Lite at $14 a seat, billed in dollars, does one job cleanly. The difference is what surrounds the deal: the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, so they arrive on the record without an integration.
It is aimed at the same business, and Zoho is mature, deep and cheap, with a free tier of three users. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself; theirs is twenty years of features and an enormous ecosystem. Both are honest arguments.
