CENTILIO RELATE / SELL · EMBER

Compared, fairly — including the part where we lose.

Historical September 2026 source comparison, not a current quote. Relate is not built, so every one of these comparisons ends with a row the others do not have: theirs ships today and ours does not. Two of them — Zoho CRM and Pipedrive — we would recommend to a business that needs a CRM this quarter, and we say so on their pages. We think the design is better for a business of two to two hundred that sells with quotes and invoices, and we would rather argue that in public on published list prices than wait until launch to be evaluated.

Comparisons

Pick the one you are shortlisting.

Zoho CRM publishes rupee prices, as we do. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Freshsales bill Indian businesses in dollars, so their figures stay in dollars on these pages.

Historical comparison imported from Fable’s September 2026 source research, not a current vendor quote. Product scope, currency and billing periods differ. Confirm current provider terms before deciding; Relate remains unbuilt.

Centilio Relate vs HubSpot

HubSpot bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so every figure of theirs on this page is in dollars and every figure of ours is in rupees.

Centilio Relate vs Salesforce

Salesforce bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here and ours are in rupees. That configurability is the point and also the cost: it usually arrives with a partner, a project and somebody whose job is Salesforce. For a business of two to two hundred without that, it is a large answer to a smaller question. Centilio Relate is that smaller question answered — and if you genuinely need custom objects, territory rules and CPQ, buy Salesforce.

Centilio Relate vs Pipedrive

Pipedrive bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here and ours are in rupees. It is a fair price and a well-made product, and if all you want is a pipeline you should probably buy it. The difference with Relate is not the pipeline — it is everything around the deal. The signature, the invoice and the files are ours, so they arrive on the record without an integration, and the people who only look do not cost a seat.

Centilio Relate vs Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is mature, deep, cheap and free for three users, and like us it publishes rupee prices — ₹800, ₹1,400 and ₹2,400 a user a month. to the same question Relate asks, and pretending otherwise would be silly. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself because the signature and the invoice are the same company; theirs is twenty years of features and an ecosystem we cannot match. Both of those are honest arguments and you may well pick theirs.

Centilio Relate vs Freshsales

Freshsales bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here and ours are in rupees. It is a capable product and a sensible choice for a team already inside Freshworks. Centilio Relate is more expensive than Growth and level with Pro — and the argument for it is not price at that tier, it is that the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, and that the people who only look never cost a seat.

The short version

What is true in every comparison.

Readers are free

Read-only access and licensing vary by provider and plan. Relate does not, on any plan, ever — which is why so much of a business's truth ends up outside the CRM elsewhere.

No onboarding fee

HubSpot's is $1,500 on Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, billed in dollars, before anybody logs in. Ours is nothing, at every tier, as proposed.

The record fills itself

Sign, Drive and Account are live today and Bill is beside Relate in wave 2. The signature, the file and the invoice arrive on the record because they are the same company, not because a connector is working.

Questions

About switching — later.

Is Centilio Relate a HubSpot alternative?

For a small business that wants a CRM, yes, at a fraction of the price and with no onboarding fee. For marketing automation at scale, no — HubSpot's marketing side is genuinely strong and Pulse is a separate tool that is also not built yet.

Is it a Salesforce alternative?

For businesses of two to two hundred, yes. For an enterprise sales operation with a RevOps team, territory rules, CPQ and a custom object model, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a year of disappointment.

Is it a Pipedrive alternative?

Yes, and Pipedrive is good — Lite at $14 a seat, billed in dollars, does one job cleanly. The difference is what surrounds the deal: the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, so they arrive on the record without an integration.

Is it a Zoho CRM alternative?

It is aimed at the same business, and Zoho is mature, deep and cheap, with a free tier of three users. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself; theirs is twenty years of features and an enormous ecosystem. Both are honest arguments.
