CENTILIO RELATE / SELL · EMBER

Every feature, and which plan it lives on.

The record, deals, conversations, quote to cash, Celia and control: the whole of Centilio Relate on one page, with the screens. Most of it is on Free or Pro at ₹799 a selling seat, and the people who only look are free on every plan. What is not in the first release says after launch , and nothing here is running yet.

6 feature groups

Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

One page per customer, filling itself.

The record

Read capabilities
  1. One customer record. Identity, owner, deals, every conversation, every document, every invoice, and the next step — on one page instead of in six tools and one person's memory. Free
  2. A timeline that fills itself. Emails, signatures from Sign, invoices from Bill, files from Drive: they file themselves onto the record and say so. Nobody logs activity by hand. Free
  3. Notes, and who can read them. Log what just happened in a sentence. Shared with the people who can see the customer; private notes stay private. Free
  4. Contacts and companies. People and the organisations they belong to, with roles, so the person who left does not take the relationship with them. Free
  5. Custom fields and views. The fields your business actually needs and a view per role — the owner's and the seller's are not the same screen. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Stages you define, and a forecast you can believe.

Deals

Read capabilities
  1. Deals and stages you define. Your stages, in your language, with the entry criteria written down instead of assumed. Free
  2. Several pipelines. New business and renewals are not the same process. Run them separately without running two tools. Business
  3. Honest forecasting. Weighted by what this business has actually converted from each stage, not by illustrative stage percentages. The assumptions remain visible; a lower number is not inherently more accurate. Business
  4. Stalled-deal detection. A deal that has not moved in a fortnight is a question, not a number. Relate asks it before the quarter ends. Pro
  5. Lead capture from forms. A form on your site becomes a person on a record with a source attached — through Ask when it opens, and by embed and API at launch. Free
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Email, calls, and the channels your customers actually use.

Conversations

Read capabilities
  1. Email sync, two ways. Gmail and Outlook, per person, with a per-thread choice about what the team sees. Your mailbox is not the company's mailbox. Free
  2. Templates and sequences. The five emails you send every week, with merge fields that are right, and a sequence that stops the moment somebody replies. Pro
  3. Calls and meetings logged. Log a call in a line, attach the notes, and let the record carry it. Dialler integrations after launch. Free
  4. WhatsApp Business. For most Indian businesses the conversation happens on WhatsApp, and a CRM that cannot see it is guessing. Pro · after launch
  5. IndiaMART and marketplace leads. Enquiries arriving from IndiaMART and the marketplaces, on the record with their source, not in a shared inbox. Pro · after launch
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Quote, signature, invoice, payment — one record.

Quote to cash

Read capabilities
  1. Quotes from the record. Build the quote from the deal, in your branding, with the lines you actually agreed. Pro
  2. Signed in Sign. Sent for signature through Sign, which is live today, and filed in Drive with its certificate when it completes. Free
  3. Invoiced in Bill. The signed quote drafts the invoice in Bill with the same lines and terms. Nothing is retyped, and a person still presses send. Pro
  4. Payment on the record. Sent, viewed, paid, overdue — from Bill, on the customer record, where the next conversation is decided. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Keeps it current, drafts the next step, scores it honestly.

Celia

Read capabilities
  1. Celia keeps it current. It summarises what happened, so the record is up to date without anybody typing. It never moves a deal stage; that is a judgement. Free
  2. Celia drafts the next step. The follow-up, written from the last three conversations rather than a template. You approve it; it never sends by itself. Pro
  3. Celia scores the pipeline. Against your own history, and it will tell you the assumptions behind the number. Business
  4. The three that matter. Not a task list. Three conversations for this week, ranked by what has actually moved deals here before. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Roles, free readers, import, export, reports.

Control

Read capabilities
  1. Roles from Account. Who sees which customers, who may edit, who may only read — set once in Account and followed here. Free
  2. Free read-only seats. The owner, the accountant, the delivery lead. Unlimited, on every plan including Free, as proposed. Free
  3. Import and guided migration. CSV with field mapping on every plan; a guided migration from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or Salesforce exports, checked by a person, on Business. Free
  4. Export, all of it, any time. Every field, every note, every timeline entry, on every plan including Free. No notice period and no phone call. Free
  5. Five reports, not a builder. What is in the pipeline, what closed, what is stuck, who is answering, what is owed. Readable on a phone. Free
  6. Approvals and API. Discounts above a threshold wait for a second pair of eyes; an API and webhooks for the things we have not thought of. Business
  7. Native mobile apps. The browser works properly on a phone at launch. Native apps come after, and we will not claim one that does not exist. Free · after launch

Six views of the same relationship.

Sample screens, not connected services.

Questions

About the features.

What does "at launch" and "after launch" mean here?

"At launch" is in the first release as designed. "After launch" is planned and not in the first release: WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART and marketplace leads, dialler integrations and native mobile apps. We are not giving dates we cannot keep.

How does the record fill itself without integrations?

Because the tools it depends on are ours. Sign says an envelope completed, Bill says an invoice was sent, viewed or paid, Drive says a file landed, and the email sync brings the thread. Celia writes the summary line. Nobody logs activity.

Does Celia move deals for me?

No. Moving a deal is a judgement about a person, and it stays with the person who made it. Celia summarises, drafts, scores and notices; every one of those is reversible and every one of them shows its working.

Can I run more than one sales process?

On Business: several pipelines with their own stages, because new business and renewals are not the same thing and pretending they are is how a pipeline becomes fiction.

Does it do marketing automation?

No. Sequences to people already on the record, yes. Campaigns, landing pages, lists and nurture flows belong to Pulse, which is also wave 2, and we would rather have two honest tools than one that claims both.

Does it do support tickets?

No — that is Care. A support thread can appear on the customer record so the person selling knows what happened, but the queue, the SLA and the agent view live in the helpdesk.

Custom objects?

No. Custom fields, custom stages and custom views, yes. If your business genuinely needs a custom object model, you need Salesforce, and we say so on the comparison page rather than pretending otherwise.
