Email integration help desk software, with the rest of Centilio built in.
Most help desk integrations exist to fetch the customer from somewhere else. Care is designed to need fewer of them: email is the first channel, and the customer record, the website chat and the forms are other Centilio tools sharing the same login. Everything on this page is marked with its stage, and nothing outside Centilio is promised for launch except email.

Care is designed, not shipped.
Everything on this page — the features, the screens, the prices — describes Centilio Care as designed. There is no app and no beta yet, and no launch date. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Your support address, answered from one place.
Email is where most support still starts, so it is designed first.
- Mail to support@ or help@ on your own domain becomes a ticket, threaded with what came before
- Replies go out from that same address, so customers reply to you rather than to a tool
- Several addresses on Pro, each with its own queue and signature
- Attachments kept with the ticket they arrived on
- Designed to work with your current mailbox provider; the exact setup will be published before launch
What flows between Care and the rest of Centilio.
These are other Centilio tools sharing Care’s login and customer record, so nothing here is a connector to maintain. Each is marked with its stage.
Relate · coming next
Every ticket attaches to the customer record: orders, deals and conversations in, the ticket history out for sales and accounts.
Greet · on the way
A website chat that needs follow-up becomes a ticket with the transcript; Greet answers from the same articles as Care.
Ask · coming next
Support, returns and request forms file into the queue, with each answer as a field on the ticket.
Pulse · coming next
A customer with an open complaint can be held out of a campaign until the ticket is solved.
Assist · later
Start a screen-share from a ticket, with consent, recorded and filed to the customer.
Learn · later
Care’s articles become training material for new team members.
Account · available
The login and the roles: who can read, reply, export or delete.
Outside tools: only what is true.
We would rather list one real connection than ten logos.
At launch, Care is designed to meet the outside world through email. Moving from another help desk is planned through an import of contacts, articles and past tickets from a CSV export.
We are not promising an API, a marketplace or connections to outside apps for launch. If they come, they will be listed here, marked with their stage, and an API will be documented on its own page.
Integration questions.
Does Care work with my existing email?
That is the design: your support address on your own domain delivers into Care and replies go out from it. The exact setup for each mailbox provider will be published before launch.
Do I need Relate to use Care?
No. Care keeps a contact for everyone who writes in. With Relate, tickets attach to the full customer record instead.
Can website chats become tickets?
Yes, through Greet, Centilio’s live chat, which is on the way alongside Care. A chat that needs follow-up becomes a ticket with the transcript attached.
Can I import from my current help desk?
That is planned: contacts, articles and past tickets from a CSV export. Run both tools side by side until you trust Care, then move your support address over.
Is there an API?
Not promised for launch. If Care gets one, it will be documented on its own page and listed here.
Which of these connections work today?
None, because Care is not built. Relate, Pulse and Ask are coming next, Greet is on the way with Care, and Assist and Learn come later.
