Choose Zendesk if
You want an established customer service platform today, with a large set of add-on apps, and your team is sized and budgeted by agent.
Care is not built, so every comparison on these pages ends with the same row: the others ship today and Care does not. We think the design suits a small business that wants its help desk, customer record and website chat in one login, and we would rather argue that on stable, checkable facts than on claims about anyone else.
Product design preview · Care has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these comparison pages — the features, the screens, the prices — describes Centilio Care as designed. There is no app and no beta yet, and no launch date. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Stage, category, approach and pricing model as published on each vendor’s own pages, as of research in 2026. Check their pages for today’s plans and prices; we do not quote them.

Each of these is a reasonable choice for someone. The question is which someone you are.
Searching for Google help desk software? Google’s Workspace tools include Gmail and the collaborative inbox in Google Groups, which some small teams use as a first shared support inbox before they move to a dedicated help desk.
You want an established customer service platform today, with a large set of add-on apps, and your team is sized and budgeted by agent.
You want a dedicated help desk today from a company that also sells CRM and other business software, priced by agent.
Your business already runs on Microsoft’s business applications and you want customer service inside that suite, licensed by user.
You can wait for it, you use or plan to use other Centilio tools, and you want one price for the business with drafts a person approves.
When you compare help desk software solutions, compare the move as well: what comes across, and how long both run.
Because a page that says “coming soon” tells you nothing, and because we would rather be held to a design in public. If something here is wrong for your business, the waitlist form is the place to tell us.
Prices change more often than pages are updated, and we would rather send you to each vendor’s own page than print a figure that is wrong next month. We list the pricing model instead — per agent, per user or per business — as of research in 2026.
For a small business that wants its help desk, customer record and chat in one login at one price for the business, that is the design. For a team that needs an established platform today, Zendesk is available and Care is not.

Microsoft sells Dynamics 365 Customer Service, licensed per user, and many small teams start with a shared mailbox in Microsoft 365. Care is designed for small businesses that want a help desk without adopting a larger business suite.
That is the plan: import contacts, articles and past tickets from a CSV export, run both tools for a while, then move your support address. The exact steps will be published before launch.
Care is in the third wave of Centilio tools. Join the waitlist and you will hear first — with the final plans, the import steps for your current help desk and an honest list of what is in the first release.
