Insight integrations, starting with the tools that hold your numbers.
Insight is designed to read from the Centilio tools that already run the business: deals in Relate, invoices in Bill, cash in Ledger, projects in Track and tickets in Care, all on one Account login. Data from elsewhere is designed to come in through Loop connectors and spreadsheet imports. Account is live today; the others arrive in their own waves.
Product design preview · Insight has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Insight has not shipped. What you see here — the console, the features, the plans and the prices — is the design, written down in full so you can judge it before it exists. It sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, with no app, no beta and no date yet; a first version is planned to arrive with Centilio One. Join the waitlist and you will be told before anyone else. Account, the login every Centilio tool shares, is live today, and Insight is designed to use it from the first day.
Centilio tools first, and the numbers each one gives.
Each tool below holds part of the business. Insight is designed to read all of them on one login, with nothing to connect.
Account · live
The login, and the roles that decide who sees which numbers.
Relate · coming next
Pipeline value, deals won and lost, new customers and where they came from.
Bill · coming next
Invoiced, paid and owed, by customer and by age.
Track · coming next
Projects on time and late, hours booked and who is busy.
Ledger · same wave
Cash in the bank, profit, expenses and the month-end close.
Care · same wave
Tickets open, first-reply times and what customers ask about most.
Loop · same wave
Data from tools outside Centilio, brought in for Insight to read.
One record, so the numbers already agree.
Because the tools share one record, a figure in Insight can be followed back to where it started.
- From Relate: a deal won, with its customer and its value.
- From Bill: the invoice raised for that deal, and whether it is paid.
- From Ledger: the payment landing in the bank, and the cost of the work.
- From Track: the project that delivered it, and the hours it took.
- From Care: the questions that customer has asked since.
- To you: one line that says whether the deal was worth it.
Spreadsheets in, spreadsheets out.
Most businesses keep at least one number in a spreadsheet. Insight is designed to make room for it.
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet, or keep one refreshing, and its figures sit beside your Centilio numbers, marked as imported and dated. Export any view or answer back to a spreadsheet or PDF for anyone who needs a file.
Celia marks every imported figure as imported, so a number someone typed is never mistaken for one read from a record.
Outside tools: through Loop, and listed when real.
Insight does not connect to outside tools itself; it reads what Loop brings in.
Loop, the Centilio connector tool, is planned for the same wave as Insight. Which outside tools it reaches first will be decided with the people on the waitlist, and each one will be listed here, marked planned or live, only once it exists.
An API is proposed on the Business plan, for reading Insight numbers from your own systems. It will be documented here when it exists.
About connecting things.
Which integrations work today?
None, because Insight has not shipped. Account is live on its own today, and Insight is designed to read from it, and from each Centilio tool, from the day it opens.
Do I need all six tools?
No. Insight is designed to show what the tools you use hold. Each tool you add puts more of the business on the screen.
Can I import a spreadsheet?
Yes, that is the design. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet, or keep one refreshing, and its figures sit beside your Centilio numbers with the import date shown.
What is Loop?
Loop is the Centilio connector tool, planned for the same third wave as Insight. It is designed to bring data from outside tools into Centilio, and Insight reads whatever Loop brings in.
Will Insight connect to outside tools directly?
Outside data is designed to arrive through Loop rather than through connectors built into Insight. Which tools come first will be decided with the people on the waitlist, and none will be listed until it exists.
Is there an API?
An API is proposed on Business. Its documentation will appear on this page when there is something to document.
Hear first when Insight opens.
Insight arrives in the third wave, reading from the tools that hold your numbers as each one ships. Join the waitlist and you will be told before the announcement; until then, Account, Sign and Drive are live and ready to use.
