After that it is priced per business, not per seat: Pro at $19 a month and Business at $49, with everyone in the business and your accountant included. These prices are proposed, and nothing is charged until Ledger ships.

No. The accountant role is included on every plan, Free included, and it never counts against anything.
Celia’s categorising and matching are included on Pro and above, with a monthly allowance per business that will be published before launch. There is no separate AI add-on to buy.
Yes. Yearly billing is proposed at $15 a month for Pro and $39 a month for Business, about 20% less than paying monthly.

Ledger uses the same Account login as every Centilio tool. Any bundle price will be shown at checkout when it is real, not before.
