THE RIGHT TEMPLATE

Where it fits

For India, for a resident individual under 60, or another resident person that is not a company or firm. Senior citizens use the same Form 121, formerly Form 15H. Forms 15G and 15H served up to the tax year 2025-26. Sign does not rewrite it: you upload the official Form 121, which the payer may accept on paper or verified digitally.

A CAREFUL CHECK

Before you rely on it

Original Centilio wording, not legal advice. An entry for Form No. It is the declaration under section 393(6) of the Income-tax Act 2025 and rule 211 of the Income-tax Rules 2026 that combined Forms 15G and 15H from the tax year 2026-27. It does not cover whether the declarant's tax is in fact nil, the income limit for people under 60, or the payer's UIN, quarterly reporting and TDS returns. Ask a chartered accountant about anything unusual.
