Integrated inventory management software, because the sale is the movement.
Stock is designed to share one record with the Centilio tools that buy and sell: invoices in Bill take stock out, supplier bills in Spend put it in, orders in Shop reserve it, and Ledger receives its value. Nothing is synced, because nothing is copied. Account is live today; Bill is next, and the others follow in their own waves.
Product design preview · Stock has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Stock has not shipped. The console, the features, the plans and the prices on these pages are the design, set out in full so you can judge it long before it exists. Stock is in the fourth wave of Centilio tools — later than most — with no app, no beta and no date yet. Join the waitlist and you will be told first. Bill, whose invoices are designed to move the levels in Stock, is in the next wave, and Account, the login every Centilio tool shares, is live today.
Centilio tools first, and what each one moves.
Each tool below records a transaction that changes what you hold. Stock is designed to share one record with all of them, so there is nothing to sync.
Bill · coming next
Invoices take stock out as they are raised; credit notes put it back.
Spend · on the way
Supplier bills put stock in, matched to the purchase order and the delivery.
Ledger · on the way
Stock value and the cost of goods sold, posted to the books as stock moves.
Shop · same wave
Online orders reserve stock when they are placed and take it out when they ship.
Account · live
One login, and the roles that decide who can count, order, approve or only view.
One sale, one movement, every tool in step.
Because the tools share one record, nothing is copied from one to another. Here is a single order, start to finish.
- In Shop: a customer orders two items, and Stock reserves them.
- In Bill: the invoice is raised, and Stock takes them out.
- In Ledger: the cost of the goods sold is posted against the sale.
- In Stock: the level crosses its reorder point, and Celia drafts a purchase order.
- In Spend: the supplier’s bill arrives, is matched to the order, and the delivery puts stock back in.
Spreadsheets in, labels out.
Most stock starts life in a spreadsheet. Stock is designed to begin from yours.
Import items, variants, levels, locations and suppliers from a spreadsheet, check the preview, and start from what you hold today. Export any list, count or valuation back to a spreadsheet or PDF whenever someone needs a file.
Print barcode and QR labels for items, shelves and bins that have none, on ordinary label sheets.
Marketplaces, other stores and couriers: listed when real.
Stock has no outside integrations today, because Stock does not exist today.
Many businesses also sell through a marketplace or another store, and ship through a courier. Which of those come first will be decided with the people on the waitlist, and each one will be listed here, marked planned or live, only once it exists.
The Business plan carries a proposed API. Its documentation will appear on this page when there is something to document.
About connecting things.
Which integrations work today?
None, because Stock has not shipped. Account is live on its own today, and Stock is designed to work with Bill, Ledger, Spend and Shop from the day it opens.
Do I need Bill, Ledger, Spend and Shop?
No. Stock is designed to work on its own, with sales and purchases recorded in Stock. Each tool you add makes one more kind of movement happen by itself.
Will Stock connect to my marketplace or other store?
Not at launch, as far as anyone can promise today. Tell us where you sell; marketplaces and other stores will be listed here only once a connection exists.
Can I import my items from a spreadsheet?
Yes, that is the design. Import items, variants, levels, locations and suppliers from a spreadsheet, check the preview, and start from what you hold today.
How does stock value reach my books?
Stock is designed to post the value of each movement to Ledger as it happens, at average cost or FIFO. Your balance sheet and your shelves then tell the same story.
Is there an API?
An API is proposed on Business. Its documentation will appear on this page when there is something to document.
Hear first when Stock opens.
Stock is in the fourth wave, after Bill, Ledger and Spend, whose invoices, books and supplier bills it is designed to read. Join the waitlist and you will be told before the announcement; in the meantime Account, Sign and Drive are live.
