CENTILIO STOCK / MONEY

Inventory management software security, built around the trail.

Stock is money on a shelf, and its records are where shrinkage, mistakes and fraud show up first. Stock is designed so every movement carries a name, a time and the document behind it, adjustments need a reason, and no data of yours is used to train any model. None of it is running yet; this page is the design, and it will be rewritten with what is true and dated when Stock ships.

Stock has not shipped yet.

Stock has not shipped. The console, the features, the plans and the prices on these pages are the design, set out in full so you can judge it long before it exists. Stock is in the fourth wave of Centilio tools — later than most — with no app, no beta and no date yet. Join the waitlist and you will be told first.

Boundaries

What Stock keeps, and what it never does by itself.

A stock record is a record of money. The design starts from what Stock should keep forever and what it should never do on its own.

Keeps: every movement

Each sale, purchase, transfer, count and adjustment, with who, when and the document behind it.

Keeps: suppliers and prices

Supplier details, lead times, last prices and every purchase order sent.

Keeps: counts and differences

Every count, the level it found and the reason recorded for any difference.

Never: places an order

Celia drafts purchase orders. A person approves and sends them.

Never: changes a level silently

There is no edit without a movement; a correction is an adjustment with a reason.

Never: trains on your records

No data of yours is used to train any model, inside Centilio or outside it.

Roles and audit

Roles from Account, and a trail behind every number.

Who may count, receive, order, approve or only view is set once, in Account, the login every Centilio tool shares.

A warehouse hand can be allowed to receive and count without seeing supplier prices; a buyer can raise purchase orders without approving them. When someone leaves and is removed in Account, they lose access to Stock at the same moment as everything else.

Every movement is kept with its author, its time and its source document. On Business, the whole trail can be exported for an auditor or a stock-take.

  1. Viewer, handler, buyer, approver and owner, per location
  2. Supplier prices hidden from roles that do not need them
  3. Approval before a purchase order goes (Business)
  4. Audit trail export (Business)
Adjustments

Write-offs need a reason, and sometimes a second person.

Most stock that goes missing goes missing through adjustments nobody questions.

In Stock, a level is designed never to be typed over. A count that finds fewer items than expected becomes an adjustment with a reason — damaged, expired, lost, found — and the name of the person who made it. On Business, adjustments above a value you set wait for an approver.

Celia flags patterns that deserve a look: the same item adjusted every week, counts that always come up short in one location, write-offs just before a stock-take. It flags; a person decides what it means.

Celia’s boundaries

Celia drafts orders. People place them.

An assistant that could place orders by itself would be spending your money. Celia is designed so it cannot.

Celia reads sales history, levels and supplier lead times to forecast run-outs and draft purchase orders. It reads only what the person asking may see, so a role that cannot see supplier prices does not see them through Celia either.

It never sends an order, never adjusts a level and never writes anything off. Every draft records that Celia prepared it and which person approved it.

Standards

The same platform as Account, Sign and Drive.

Stock is designed to run on the platform that already serves the live Centilio tools.

Records are designed to be encrypted in transit and at rest, inside your organisation’s space, with multi-factor sign-in and device rules from Account. No certification is claimed for Stock: a product that is not built has nothing to certify. When Stock ships, this page will list what is true and when it was checked.

  1. Encrypted in transit and at rest
  2. Roles and multi-factor sign-in from Account
  3. Every movement traced to a person
  4. Exportable at any time
  5. Regional residency on Enterprise, on request
Questions

About stock records, data and trust.

Is Stock secure today?

Stock does not exist yet, so there is nothing running to secure or certify. This page describes the design, and it will be replaced with what is true and dated on the day Stock ships.

Can someone change a level without a trace?

No, by design. Every change to a level is a movement with a person, a time and a reason, and a correction is a new adjustment rather than an edit.

Can I hide supplier prices from some people?

Yes, that is the design. Roles from Account decide who sees costs and supplier prices, so someone can receive and count without seeing what you paid.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. No data of yours is used to train any model. Celia reads your records to serve you, inside your organisation’s space, and nowhere else.

Will Celia ever place an order?

No. Celia forecasts and drafts purchase orders, and a person approves and sends every one. The order records who approved it.

Where is my data kept?

In your Centilio account, designed to be encrypted in transit and at rest, under roles you control and exportable at any time. Regional residency is proposed on Enterprise.

Do you hold a certification for Stock?

No, and none will be claimed for a product that is not built. Anything true and dated will be published here once there is something to say.

Hear first when Stock opens.

Stock is in the fourth wave, after Bill, Ledger and Spend, whose invoices, books and supplier bills it is designed to read. Join the waitlist and you will be told before the announcement; in the meantime Account, Sign and Drive are live.
