What is counted, and what is not.
One price for the business, and nothing hidden behind it.
- Items are not metered on Pro and above. Free holds up to 500, which is designed to be plenty for one stockroom.
- Locations are the real step: one on Free, up to five on Pro, as many as you need on Business.
- Celia is included, not sold separately. Run-out forecasts and draft purchase orders come with Pro and above.
- Scanning needs no hardware. Any phone with a camera is the scanner, on every plan.
- One login with every Centilio tool. No bundle price is shown until there is a real one.

About pricing and billing.
Is the price final?
No. These prices are proposed, and nothing is charged until Stock ships. Any change before launch appears here before anywhere else.
Why one price per business rather than per seat?
Because everyone who receives a delivery, counts a shelf or packs an order should record it, and a seat price turns each of them into a cost decision. One price lets the whole business handle stock properly.
What stays free?
Free is designed to stay free rather than expire after a trial. It covers one location, up to three people and 500 items, with levels moved by sales and purchases, reorder points, counts and scanning on any phone.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to Stock to count, receive, order or adjust. Pro and Business include everyone in the business.
Do I pay for barcode hardware?
No. Stock is designed to use the camera on any phone as the scanner, on every plan. There is nothing to buy to start scanning.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is proposed at $15 a month for Pro and $39 a month for Business, about 20% less than paying monthly.
Do the prices include tax?
No. US-dollar prices are shown before any sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. The figure on this page is what Stock costs before tax.
Will there be a bundle price with other Centilio tools?
Stock shares Account with every Centilio tool and is designed to work best beside Bill, Ledger, Spend and Shop. A bundle price will be shown at checkout once it is real, not before.
