- Draft from a record. Start a proposal from a deal in Relate, a policy from Team or a report from Insight; the facts arrive with a link to where each came from. Pro
- Your voice, not a generic one. Celia learns tone and phrasing from documents you have already approved, and drafts the way your business writes. Pro
- Rewrite and tighten. Shorter, plainer, more formal, or in another language, one paragraph at a time, with the original kept beside it. Free
- Fact check against the records. Figures, names and dates compared with the system they came from; the ones that disagree are marked before anyone else reads them. Pro
- What is missing. Celia points out what documents of this kind usually carry and this one does not: payment terms, a renewal date, a notice period. Pro

Which features are free?
Live editing, comments, version history for 30 days, the starter templates, Word and PDF import and export, offline access to recent documents, and sending to Sign and filing in Drive. Free is designed for up to three people.
What does Celia do on each plan?
On Free, Celia rewrites and tightens what you have written. On Pro and above it drafts from your records, writes in your voice, checks facts against the records and points out what is missing. It never sends or signs anything.
Can Write open my existing Word files?
That is the design. Import a .docx with its headings, tables and comments, and export back to Word or PDF at any time.
Do I need Relate, Team or Insight to use Write?
No. Write is designed to work as a word processor on its own; the records make drafts better, they are not required. Each tool you add gives Celia more to draft from.
Will there be an API?
An API is proposed on Business. It will be documented here when it exists, and not before.
