Keeps: every version
The document, each version of it, and who made each change.
A business writes its prices, its contracts and its people into documents. Write is designed so those documents are encrypted, readable only by the roles you set in Account, traced version by version, and never used to train anything. None of it is running yet; this page describes the design and will be rewritten with what is true on the day Write ships.
Product design preview · Write has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Write as designed, not a product you can open today. Write is in the third wave of Centilio tools: there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish a page with three sentences on it. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
A document is where a business writes down its prices, its terms and its people. The design starts from what Write should never do with that.
The document, each version of it, and who made each change.
Who commented, who suggested, who approved, and when.
A draft records which record each fact came from, so it can be checked later.
Celia drafts. A person sends, and a person signs in Sign.
Nothing of yours is used to train anything, inside Centilio or out.
A document drafted from a restricted record is designed to stay restricted.
Who may write, comment, approve or only read comes from Account, the same login and roles as every Centilio tool.
There is no second list of people to keep in step. When someone leaves and is removed in Account, they lose access to every document at once.
Every version is kept with its author and time. On Business, a document can require a named approver before it goes to Sign or to a customer, and the whole trail can be exported.
An assistant that can see more than the person using it is a leak with good grammar. Celia is designed not to be one.
When you ask Celia for a draft, it reads the records you are allowed to read and nothing else. Each fact it uses is linked to its source, so a reviewer can see where a number came from.
It never sends, never signs and never changes a record. Its suggestions are suggestions until a person accepts them, and the version history shows which words were Celia’s and who approved them.
Write is designed to run on the platform that already serves the live Centilio tools.
Documents are designed to be encrypted in transit and at rest, inside your organisation’s space, with MFA and device rules from Account. We claim no certification for Write: a product that is not built has nothing to certify. When Write ships, this page will list what is true, with dates.
Write does not exist yet, so there is nothing running to secure or certify. This page is the design, and it will be rewritten with what is true and dated on the day Write ships.
The people and roles you allow in Account: owners, editors, commenters and readers, per document or per folder. A document drafted from a restricted record is designed to stay restricted.
No. Nothing of yours is used to train anything. Celia reads your documents and records to serve you, inside your organisation’s space.
No. Celia is designed to read only what the person asking can read, so a draft never carries a fact the writer was not allowed to see.
Yes, that is the design: every version shows who changed what and when. On Business the full trail, approvals included, can be exported for an auditor.
In your Centilio account, encrypted in transit and at rest, under roles you control and exportable at any time. Regional residency is proposed on Enterprise.
No, and we will not claim one for a product that is not built. When there is something true and dated to say, it will be on this page.
Write is in the third wave, alongside the tools that hold the facts it drafts from. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement — and in the meantime Drive and Sign are yours to use.
