Centilio WriteA story unfolds
CENTILIO WRITE / WORK
A free online word processor, then one price for everyone.
Write is designed to be free for a team of up to three, with live editing, comments, templates and Word and PDF export. After that it is priced per business, not per seat: Pro at ₹799 a month and Business at ₹1,599, with every person in the business included. These prices are proposed; nothing is charged until Write ships.

Write has not shipped yet.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Write as designed, not a product you can open today. Write is in the third wave of Centilio tools: there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish a page with three sentences on it. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Plans · per business

By the number of people
Priced per business, because everyone writes.
Most people looking for a free word processor online are a small team that will grow. Write is priced so that growing does not multiply the bill.
We do not quote other vendors’ prices here, because they change more often than this page does. Multiply your own seat price by the people who write, and compare.
| People writing | Write plan | Write, per month | A per-seat tool, per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | Free | ₹0 | 3 × its seat price |
| 8 | Pro | ₹799 | 8 × its seat price |
| 25 | Pro | ₹799 | 25 × its seat price |
| 60, with approvals | Business | ₹1,599 | 60 × its seat price |

About the price
What is metered, and what is free.
One price for the business, with nothing hidden behind it.
- Readers are free on every plan. Only people who edit or comment count, and only on Free.
- Celia is included, not sold separately. Pro and above carry a monthly drafting allowance per business, published before launch.
- Storage sits in Drive, under the Drive plan you already have.
- Sending to Sign is included; the signature itself follows your Sign plan.
- One login with every Centilio tool. A bundle price, if there is one, appears at checkout when it is real.
Questions
About pricing and billing.
Is the price final?
No. These prices are proposed and nothing is charged until Write ships. If they change before launch, this page changes first.
Why per business and not per seat?
Because in a growing business almost everyone writes something, and a seat price turns every new hire into a decision about who may edit. One price lets the whole business write, comment and approve.
What stays free?
Free is designed to stay free rather than expire after a trial: up to three people, 100 documents, live editing, comments, starter templates, and Word and PDF in and out. Sending to Sign and filing in Drive are included.
Who counts as a person on Free?
Anyone who can edit or comment. People who only read a shared document do not count, on any plan.
How is Celia metered?
Celia’s drafting is included on Pro and above with a monthly allowance per business, which will be published before launch. There is no separate AI add-on to buy.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is proposed at ₹639 a month for Pro and ₹1,279 a month for Business, about 20% less than paying monthly.
Will the invoice show GST?
Yes. Prices are in rupees with 18% GST added at checkout, and the invoice is designed to carry your GSTIN once you add it. The price on this page is before GST.
Is there a bundle with other Centilio tools?
Write uses the same Account login as every Centilio tool. Any bundle price will be shown at checkout when it is real, not before.
Live today
While Write is built, these are live.
Nothing of Write is running yet, so there is no word processor free online to try today. These Centilio tools are.
A document filed in Drive today will be there for Write to open.
Be told when Write opens.
Write is in the third wave, alongside the tools that hold the facts it drafts from. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement — and in the meantime Drive and Sign are yours to use.
