Choose QuickBooks payroll if
You pay people in the United States, your books are in QuickBooks Online, and you want payroll from the same company.
The three payroll tools people weigh alongside Pay all ship today and all pay people in the United States. Pay is designed for India at launch and has not shipped, and every table here says so. We compare what stays true — where each tool pays people, which taxes it handles, how it charges — and leave list prices to the vendors.
Product design preview · Pay has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Pay as designed. Pay has not shipped: it sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Team and Ledger, and there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. At launch it is designed to run payroll in India only. We would rather set out the whole design and say so plainly than publish a thin page; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Three payroll tools people search for alongside Pay, each set beside it on its own page.
Checked against the vendors’ public pages and published guides during research in 2026. We compare how each tool charges and where it pays people, not what it charges; if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

You pay people in the United States, your books are in QuickBooks Online, and you want payroll from the same company.
You are a small US employer and want a large payroll provider, and you are happy to get a quote.
You are a US employer who wants payroll and HR in one package, and you are happy to get a quote.
You pay people in India, you want the run prepared from Team, explained and approved before money moves, one price for the business including your accountant, and you can wait for wave 3.
Not today, because it does not exist yet and they do. More to the point, all three pay people in the United States and Pay is designed for India at launch, so the honest answer depends first on where your people work.
Because prices change more often than pages do, and two of these three quote rather than publish. We compare the pricing model — a base fee plus a fee per employee, or a quote — as of research in 2026.
No. Pay is designed for India at launch, and other countries follow by demand. Choose one of these today, and tell us where you pay people so we know what to build next.
Compare how each option handles PF, ESI, TDS under both regimes and professional tax by state, how it explains a change in someone’s pay, and who approves before money moves. Those are the questions Pay is designed around.
Yes. Switch at the start of a month or quarter, bring year-to-date figures so TDS stays right, and run one month in both before you stop.

Pay is in the third wave, after Team and Ledger, and it starts with India. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement. Tell us how many people you pay, in which states, and what goes wrong in your month today; that shapes the design more than anything else.
