Choose QuickBooks payroll if
You pay people in the United States, your books are in QuickBooks Online, and you want payroll from the company that makes your accounting. It ships today.

Product design preview · Pay has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Pay as designed. Pay has not shipped: it sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Team and Ledger, and there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. At launch it is designed to run payroll in India only. We would rather set out the whole design and say so plainly than publish a thin page; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Checked against the vendors’ public pages and published guides during research in 2026. We compare how each tool charges and where it pays people, not what it charges; if something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

You pay people in the United States, your books are in QuickBooks Online, and you want payroll from the company that makes your accounting. It ships today.
You pay people in India, your books will be in Ledger, and you want the run prepared from Team and explained before you approve it, at one price for the business. You can wait for wave 3.
Payroll ends in the books. The simplest pairing is payroll from the company that keeps them.
If your accounts are in QuickBooks Online and your people are in the United States, Intuit’s own payroll is the natural pair, and plans that combine the two exist for that reason.
Pay is designed to post every approved run to Ledger, Centilio’s own accounting tool, and to export registers to spreadsheet and CSV files. It is not designed to post into QuickBooks, and we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
No. Pay is designed to post to Ledger, Centilio’s accounting tool, and to export spreadsheet and CSV registers. If your books are in QuickBooks Online, Intuit’s own payroll is built to pair with them.
As of research in 2026, Intuit sells payroll for QuickBooks in tiers priced as a monthly base fee plus a fee per employee. Check Intuit’s page for today’s plans and prices.
Not at launch. Pay is designed for India first, with its statutory compliance, and other countries follow by demand.
If your people are in India, that is the plan: switch at the start of a month or quarter with year-to-date figures, and run one month in both. If they are in the United States, Pay will not run their payroll at launch.
No. Pay is in the third wave of Centilio tools and has no launch date yet. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
For many small businesses Ledger is designed to, and its own compare page sets out where each fits. Ledger has not shipped either.
Pay is in the third wave, after Team and Ledger, and it starts with India. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement. Tell us how many people you pay, in which states, and what goes wrong in your month today; that shapes the design more than anything else.
