CENTILIO PAY / MONEY

Integrated HR and payroll software: Team, Pay and Ledger on one record.

Pay is designed to run from what the other Centilio tools already hold: people and leave in Team, claims in Spend, new joiners from Hire. Each approved run is posted to Ledger and its payslips filed in Drive, and Account decides who sees what. Salaries leave through a payment file for your bank.

Pay has not shipped yet.

Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Pay as designed. Pay has not shipped: it sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Team and Ledger, and there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. At launch it is designed to run payroll in India only. We would rather set out the whole design and say so plainly than publish a thin page; join the waitlist and you will hear first.

What flows where

One person, from offer to payslip.

Nothing is copied by hand, which is the point: every line of a run can be followed back to where it started.

  1. From Hire: the accepted offer, its salary and its start date.
  2. From Team: attendance, leave, revisions and the day someone leaves.
  3. From Spend: approved claims to reimburse with salary.
  4. To the bank: one payment file, released on approval.
  5. To Ledger: salaries, deductions and employer costs, posted with the run.
  6. To Drive and phones: payslips, tax statements and filings.
Files

Bank files, filings and spreadsheets.

Payroll still ends in files: one for the bank, several for the authorities, one for the accountant.

Pay is designed to prepare the payment file for your bank, the EPF ECR, the ESI contribution file and the TDS return data, each stored beside the run it came from.

Opening details for a move — people, structures and year-to-date figures — can be brought in from a spreadsheet, and every register exports back to spreadsheet and CSV files for your accountant.

Beyond Centilio

Outside tools: listed when they are real.

Pay has no outside integrations today, because Pay does not exist today.

Which outside tools come first will be decided with the people on the waitlist. Tell us which tools your payroll depends on — the attendance device, the bank, the accounting tool — and they will appear here, marked planned or live, only when they are.

An API is proposed on the Business plan. It will be documented here when it exists, not before.

Questions

About connecting things.

Which integrations work today?

None, because Pay has not shipped. Hire, Drive and Account run on their own today, and Pay is designed to work with them from the first day it opens.

Do I need Team?

Pay is designed to start from Team, which holds people, leave and attendance. Whether Pay will also run from an uploaded sheet alone will be decided before launch and stated here.

How do salaries reach the bank?

On approval, Pay is designed to prepare a payment file for your bank. Direct bank connections will be listed here only when they exist.

Can your accountant take the payroll into their own tool?

Every run, register and filing is designed to export to spreadsheet and CSV files, and posting to Ledger is built in. Direct exports to named tools will be listed here only when they exist.

Is there an API?

An API is proposed on Business. It will be documented here once it exists.

How does a new hire reach payroll?

An offer accepted in Hire is designed to become a joiner in Team, and Team’s record becomes that person’s first run in Pay. Nobody types the salary twice.

Hear first when Pay opens.

Pay is in the third wave, after Team and Ledger, and it starts with India. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement. Tell us how many people you pay, in which states, and what goes wrong in your month today; that shapes the design more than anything else.
