Where it fits
For a tenant who rents out their place or a room under their own lease. Use the roommate agreement when people share a home and split costs, and the residential lease when the owner rents directly.
Before you rely on it
Original Centilio wording, not legal advice. Most leases need the landlord's written consent to sublet, and some places limit the rent or deposit a subtenant can be charged or add notice rules. Check the Main Lease and the law where the home is before you approve it.
