Choose Rippling if
You want HR, payroll, devices, apps and spend managed in one platform, you are ready to buy by module, and you employ people across several countries.
Rippling is a workforce platform that covers HR, IT and finance, sold in modules and priced per employee. Team is designed for the business that needs the people record done well — leave, documents, onboarding and exits — at one price for the business, and connects to hiring and payroll on the same login. Team has not shipped; Rippling has.

Team has not shipped. These pages set out Centilio Team as it is designed — the console, every feature, the plans and their proposed prices — so you can weigh it before it exists. It is part of the third wave of Centilio tools, coming after Hire, and has no beta and no launch date yet. Join the waitlist to be told first.
Set side by side as of research in 2026, on what each tool is, who it is built for and how it charges, rather than on list prices that move. Each vendor’s own page has today’s figures; tell us if this table falls behind.

You want HR, payroll, devices, apps and spend managed in one platform, you are ready to buy by module, and you employ people across several countries.
You need the people record — leave, documents, onboarding and exits — done well at one price for the business, without buying a platform, and you can wait for wave 3.
Rippling is built to run much of a company from one employee record. Team is built to do the people record well and connect to the rest.
A workforce platform is a large decision: modules, a quote, an implementation. For a company that wants devices, apps, spend and payroll in one place, that breadth is the point.
Team is designed for the business that wants the people part sorted this month. Each neighbouring job is its own Centilio tool on the same login — Hire for hiring, Pay for payroll, Vault for passwords, Sign for documents — so you add what you need, when you need it.
As of research in 2026, Rippling is sold in modules, priced per employee per month and quoted by its sales team. Check Rippling’s own page for today’s detail.
For the HR part, that is the intent: records, leave, documents, onboarding and exits at one price for the business. It does not manage devices, apps or spend.
No. Team keeps the record and prepares payroll inputs; Pay, planned for the same wave, runs payroll. Which countries Pay supports at launch will be stated when it is decided.
Team is designed to import from another system’s export, mapping the columns to the record and marking what is missing. Modules Team does not cover, such as devices and spend, stay where they are.
No. Team belongs to the third wave of Centilio tools, after Hire, and has no launch date. The waitlist hears first when that changes.
You could, but most businesses want one people record. Team is meant for those who would rather not buy a platform for it.
Team follows Hire in the third wave, alongside Pay, which runs the salaries Team prepares. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire, Sign and Drive are yours to use in the meantime.
