CENTILIO TEAM / PEOPLE

Team’s HR software integrations, starting with the tools already live.

Team is designed to sit between hiring and payroll: Hire starts each record, Sign and Drive take care of the documents, Vault and Account handle access, and Pay turns each month’s approved inputs into salaries. Hire, Sign, Drive, Vault and Account are live today; Pay and Learn arrive in their own waves. An API is proposed on Business and will be documented here when it exists.

Team has not shipped yet.

Team has not shipped. These pages set out Centilio Team as it is designed — the console, every feature, the plans and their proposed prices — so you can weigh it before it exists. It is part of the third wave of Centilio tools, coming after Hire, and has no beta and no launch date yet. Join the waitlist to be told first. Hire, Sign, Drive, Vault and Account are live today: the offer you send from Hire now, and the contract signed in Sign, are designed to become the first entries in a person’s Team record.

What flows where

One person, start to finish.

Nothing is copied by hand, which is the point: a record started from an offer can be checked against it later.

  1. From Hire: the offer, the role, the manager and the start date.
  2. To Sign: the contract and first-day documents, with the signers filled in.
  3. To Drive: each signed document, filed on the person.
  4. To Vault and Account: access given on the first day and removed on the last.
  5. To Pay: joiners, leavers, leave and overtime, approved by a manager.
  6. From Learn: the training each person has completed.
Moving in and out

Bring your spreadsheet. Take your records with you.

People records should never be hard to leave. Team is designed to make moving in and moving out equally plain.

Moving in, Team reads the spreadsheet or export you have today, maps its columns to the record, marks the gaps and keeps the original file in Drive so nothing is lost in translation.

Moving out, every record and its history can be exported on every plan, Free included, and every signed document is already a file in Drive.

API

An API, proposed and not yet written.

An API is proposed on the Business plan for businesses that want to read or update records from their own systems.

The design covers reading a person’s record, creating one from another hiring system, reading approved leave and being told when someone joins or leaves. None of it exists yet, so there is no documentation to link to. When the API is real, this page will link to its reference and say which plan it is on.

Beyond Centilio

Outside tools: named when they are real.

Team has no outside integrations today, because Team itself does not exist today.

Which outside tools come first will be decided with the people on the waitlist: calendars, accounting, an existing payroll provider, single sign-on. They will appear on this page, marked planned or live, only when they are real.

Questions

About connecting things.

Which integrations work today?

None for Team, because Team has not shipped. Hire, Sign, Drive, Vault and Account are live on their own today, and Team is designed to work with all of them from the day it opens.

Do I need Hire and Pay?

No. Team is designed to be useful on its own, starting from your spreadsheet. Hire saves retyping every new starter, and Pay saves copying the monthly inputs.

Can I bring my current records?

That is the design. Import your people from a spreadsheet or another system’s export; Team maps the columns, marks what is missing and keeps the original file in Drive.

Will Team connect to my calendar?

Approved leave showing in a shared calendar is part of the design. Which calendars come first will be decided with the people on the waitlist.

Is there an API?

An API is proposed on Business. It will be documented here once it exists, with what it can and cannot do.

Will Team connect to outside payroll?

Probably, for businesses that keep another payroll provider, but none will be listed until it exists. Tell us which one you use and it will shape the order.

Be first to know when Team opens.

Team follows Hire in the third wave, alongside Pay, which runs the salaries Team prepares. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire, Sign and Drive are yours to use in the meantime.
